I relied on the service of Voilà Bilbao to find an apartment in Bilbao. As a foreigner it was quite complicated to manage everything online, especially without speaking the language, so the support Aurélie and her team provided made the process much easier and less stressful. The apartment Aurélie found for me is very nice and I’m also happy with the area, which suits me well. Aurélie was kind, attentive and professional throughout the process, and I fully recommend the service to anyone moving to Bilbao.

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir fait appel à ses services ! Moving to Bilbao from the U.S. this January was overwhelming at times, but working with Aurélie made finding a home one of the easiest parts. She helped us find a great apartment in the Indautxu/Abando area and made the process straightforward and manageable. The team at Voila Bilbao made finding an apartment the easiest part of the move from US to Bilbao. After the first meeting with Aurelie we immediately felt taken care of and supported after hitting many road blocks with our apartment search while in the US. We quickly found a great apartment that we were able to settle into immediately after arriving. Raquel helped us to set up utilities, making another daunting process easy for us.
