Your housing search in 5 steps with VOILÀ BILBAO
1. Initial Contact
A 15 to 30-minute video appointment to understand your project, your needs, your timing… and to create a real bond of trust.
2. Customized Form & Search Mandate
You fill out a detailed form to refine your criteria (type of accommodation, budget, neighborhood, schools, transport, etc.) and sign the search mandate which officially launches our collaboration.
3. Préparation de votre dossier & lancement de la recherche
I prepare a solid file to present to agencies and owners, then I select for you the best available options. You receive clear information sheets with photos, reviews, and videos if needed.
4. Visits & Validation
I plan and carry out the visits (with you or in your absence), provide you with a complete and transparent feedback, with videos or photos upon request. I accompany you until the final choice.
5. Signature & Installation
I assist you with all the signing procedures. Depending on the selected pack, I also accompany you for the activation of contracts (water, electricity, internet, insurance…), and your installation in your new home!
